I founded mjinspire in 2016, having spend nearly 15 years in the learning and development arena and 25 in hospitality. I realised there was a need for a company that truly cared about people and wanted to ensure companies and individuals fulfilled their potential. I also became clear that as an x operator rather than work from a theoretical standpoint I could give my clients benefit of my global experience.

Recognised by the British Psychological society with a pragmatic approach I am able to take complex theories and translate them into language that makes sense with behaviours that get results.

Whether I am keynote speaking, facilitating a board strategy or running a training workshop with one of our brilliant associates we aim to Inform, Involve and Inspire.
