Course Description
It seems we are constantly going through a change,
never more so than during and post pandemic. In
many cases leaders and supervisors do not have the
skills or resilience to lead and inspire their teams
through the change process from Impact to
Integration. This can then impede the efforts by the
organisation to integrate departments, systems, and cultures and lead to loss of productivity.
Using known change models from David Rock’s Scarf model to research carried out by mjinspire ltd in 2019, this session gives leaders an understanding of the psychological impact of change (the human
factor) and a roadmap to manage their own and
others' change.
