ChefsBootCamp is a rolling, yearly, live online program starting bi-monthly from January 2024 delivered between 3pm – 4:30pm, it gives Head and Sous chefs essential leadership and people management skills. 90 minutes of inspiring, practical, live online learning delivered via Zoom, run bi-monthly specifically designed for chefs helping them to manage as well as they cook.
The culture of any kitchen is influenced by the behaviour accepted and displayed by senior chefs. With the rise of employer and leadership review platforms such as Greendoor, Kitchen Confidential, and Index, there is increased transparency and accountability in the hospitality industry. To attract and retain top kitchen teams, chefs need to lead their teams differently, traditional leadership methods just won’t work anymore.
